For the filling (judge amounts by hand)
- Butter (slightly melted)
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Remove 1 portion of the dough from fridge and roll out into a large rectangle. (the other half can be saved for later, or the next day)
Roll up the dough (like a swiss roll)
Slice into 1 cm thick slices and place on a baking tray.
Baste with a beaten egg and sprinkle with more sugar.
Bake at 225ÂșC for 8 – 10 mins (depending on level of brown-ness desired)
They look absolutely yummy... What sort of flour did you use for these?

Hi Lynda,
DeleteI use normal cheap plain flour, a 50:50 mix of wholemeal and plain would work just as well.
Enjoy,
